What is your client philosophy?

To provide something of value in every interaction with our clients.

Why do you love working at FactRight?

I get satisfaction in how our analysis makes our clients’ jobs easier and enhances their service to their clients. Also, being at a small, growing company gives each of us a great opportunity to help build a culture. I get to see my ideas in action and witness the maturation of something we all work hard to improve for our clients and us.

What are you working on currently?

Redesigning our due diligence reports to more clearly communicate the depth and utility of the analytical reviews we undertake on behalf of financial service professionals.

What big industry problem would you love to solve?

A significant problem facing professionals in any industry today is information overload and resulting paralysis. I want FactRight to be the leader in separating the material from the noise so that we and our clients are armed with the best intelligence on alternative investments for prudent action.

What is your typical day like?

There is no typical day, but in any given week, I’ll spend significant time reviewing offering documents and drafting client reports, interacting with other FactRight analysts on their due diligence projects, working on posts for our blog, talking with clients, and asking questions of sponsors. I strive to leave the office each day with a sense that I gave my best focus to whoever or whatever was in front of me.

What do you do outside of the office?

Enjoying music, good food and drink, and places around town with my wife and two children, friends, and family. Participating and serving in our church community. Dreaming about redesigning our house, following baseball, and working out when the rest of the family is sleeping.
