"O, the red rose may be fair,
And the lily statelier,
But my shamrock, one in three,
Takes the very heart of me!"

Irish eyes smiled on the Arizona desert last week.
We are so glad you attended the Spring RIA Conference with us—it was amazing!
Thank you for making this our largest conference yet! The FactRight staff is grateful for your support and appreciates those who joined us. If you couldn't make it this time, we hope to see you soon!
Here are some highlights from last week!
- Almost 500 industry professionals and wealth managers arrived at the Westin Kierland. Russell Putnam, co-president and bard, retold the legend of FactRight and started the St. Patrick's Day party along with FactRight CEO Gail Schneck, who welcomed our wealth manager attendees to the festivities.
- Next, FactRight's 38% Irish co-president, Jake Heidkamp, provided an update on market conditions, which set an excellent foundation for our following presentations. If you liked what you heard and would like regular updates on significant events for alternative programs and other industry news, sign up to request Jake's Weekly Updates straight to your inbox here.
- Thank you to the panel participants for your thoughtful insights on DSTs with a 721 Option. We'd like to recognize and thank Jay Frank at Cantor, Dana Petitto at Brookfield REIT, Drew Dornbusch at JLL, and Geoff Flahardy at ExchangeRight for joining Brandon Raatikka, chief operating officer, on stage.
- Darren Whissen from Pinnacle Capital Group presented an engaging presentation about assessing and mitigating arbitration risk for RIAs. Thank you for your insight!
- Happy Hours featured whiskey and margarita tastings! Thank you to Vistra and Blue Owl for sponsoring such enjoyable evenings.

- We were fueled throughout, thanks to S2K sponsoring the coffee cart.
