In response to the growing need for improved diligence practices across the alternative investment industry, we’re happy to announce that FactRight has hired John Paliotta to fill the new position of vice president of business development. We created this position to better support small to mid-size firms and advisors in implementing risk management best practices and essential due diligence processes.
In addition to promoting solutions for risk management and due diligence systems, John will provide guidance to enhance the value of new and existing alternative investment products through support and training as well as identifying opportunities to provide effective, unbiased sponsor data to support industry needs.
John has 15 years’ experience in alternative investments in the broker dealer channel as well as in various leadership and operational roles in the investment industry. He is also a member of ADISA and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 licenses. We are excited to have someone of John’s caliber and experience join the effort in bringing our True Diligence platform to firms that want to make confident alternative investment decisions.
